How much does Baurapport.ch cost?
The first 30 days are completely free — no payment details needed. After that you choose a plan to match your team size: Solo (1 user), Team (up to 5) or Business (up to 15) — from CHF 19 per month, billed monthly or yearly (yearly with 2 months free). No setup fees, cancel anytime.
Which trade businesses is Baurapport.ch suitable for?
We support all Swiss trade and service businesses: plumbing, heating, electrical, painters, plasterers, carpenters, metalworkers, flooring installers, tilers, roofers, tinsmiths, framers, scaffolders, window installers, insulators, masons, landscapers, caretakers, cleaning and many more. From 1 to 50 workers — scalable.
Where is the data stored?
Exclusively on Swiss servers at Infomaniak (Geneva). No US cloud, no data transfer to the US. DSG and GDPR compliant.
Do I have to install an app from the store?
No. Baurapport.ch is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open it in the browser once and add it to the home screen — done. Runs on iPhone and Android simultaneously, no app-store account, always up to date, no manual updates.
Can I work offline?
The most important features work even on a poor connection. Time tracking continues locally and syncs automatically as soon as you're back online. Full offline support is being expanded in a coming update.
How does time tracking on the construction site work?
Workers start a timer on their phone when they arrive, stop it when they leave. Breaks, overtime, travel time and on-call are tracked separately — GAV compliant. Switching between sites is one click. The boss sees in real time who is where.
Is Baurapport.ch GAV compliant?
Yes. We separate regular hours, overtime, travel time and on-call time — as required by the Landesmantelvertrag (LMV) and standard collective agreements in the construction main and finishing trades. Reports can be exported as PDF.
Can I invite workers and assign roles?
The boss invites workers by email. The worker registers via the link, installs the app — done. There are several roles: Boss (full access), Back office (admin in the office), Department lead (sees their department) and Worker (own sites and reports).
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After cancellation your access stays until the end of the paid period. After that your data is kept for 90 days — during this time you can reactivate or export it as PDF anytime. After that it is deleted (you'll be warned by email beforehand). Statutory retention obligations (e.g. 10 years for business records under Swiss CO) remain unaffected.
Is there support for questions?
Yes — you reach us directly via the contact form. We usually reply within one business day. For company subscriptions, on-site introduction is possible (Greater Zurich area).
