Nothing automatically — we charge nothing without your confirmation. Before the trial ends you'll get an email and can decide to subscribe. If you do nothing, your access expires. Your data stays saved for 90 days (reactivate or export anytime), after which it is deleted.
Anytime. Upgrade (e.g. Team to Business) takes effect immediately and is pro-rated. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Yes. All data lies on servers in Switzerland (Infomaniak, Geneva). We don't transfer data to the US — except if you enable Stripe payments, in which case Stripe uses standard routing for processing (see Privacy Policy).
Solo is fixed at 1 user. For 2-5 users you'll need the Team plan (CHF 49/month). We don't charge per user — you pay a fixed plan price, whether 1 or 5 workers are active.
No. The user count in the plan (e.g. up to 5 on Team) covers everyone — boss, back-office and worker. Inviting is free.
